Steve has been our Service Manager for 22 years. Prior to running the shop Steve actively worked as a technician in our repair bays. Steve regularly attends service and repair training programs to enable him to properly oversee any repairs your vehicle may need. Personal attention and appreciative response to Lisi’s customer needs are important to Steve. Years of experience have allowed Steve to move your vehicle smoothly through the repair process while keeping you informed of price and progress along the way. Steve’s goal is to have a repair correct the first time with on time completion.
